The queen of words and her wonderful realm is an artistic collaboration in words and images by Arno Dejaco and Antonia Zennaro, which was first exhibited in the Stadtgalerie Brixen in July 2017.

Over 7 years, Arno Dejaco rhymed the children's story that Antonia Zennaro illustrated.

The motifs of the works were all created in Colombia, where the children are confronted with violence and poverty. But every child is the master of their own kingdom. As Antonia made crowns with the children and let them design them freely, this kingdom should take shape and color. The photos show better or worse conditions, simpler and more difficult realities to which the children of our world are exposed. The photos should remind us of the honesty, joy and magic of the children's world. The ability to dream and accept.

This exhibition is intended to remind the viewer of what we leave behind for our children, to tell the children the story of the Queen of Words and to remind young and old that we hold the world in our own hands and that we can be the power of change.

The exhibition is composed of 7 black and white fabric photographs, 1.20 x 1.50 m, each hand-printed with a manual photosynthetic technique. Each one has been embroidered and poems by Arno Dejaco frame the whole. Each one is unique.
